Err those stat are not even in competition? Do you mean end vs willpower (which gives critical)?

of crit vs power?

At any rate don't sacrifice dps stats for endurance. Your role is not taking damage, and if you need more endurance in PvE someone is not doing its job right (either you don't avoid some AoE damage that you could, your healers can't keep up because other people are not avoiding that damage as well, or simply keep runming out of ressource from bad rotation/overhealing, or the tank's not doing its job correctly)

In pvp welll.. Even if you had 25k hp, you'd only give slightly more attack to whoever kills you.

A tank, lets say, stack endurance over his main stat, because all those defensive abilities make each unit of health a much more significant gain than even 100 of yours.

So willpower > end
At equal numbers, willpower also > crit and power
At all time, crit and power > end
Surge and alacrity > end
(last two when choosing enhencements and mods)

You'll still gain plenty of end overall to last fights. But if you are under too much fire, there is something not right somewhere.
