Hello. Everyone tells me that you can start your legacy after Alderaan. I am a Jedi Setinel and I am done with Alderaan and I am on the mission "Fate of the Jedi" I am on a ship and have to destroy Relays. Obviously Alderaan wasn't the end of Chapter 1. Will someone tell me the true end of Ch. 1?

After Alderaan, for every class there is another mission (or series of missions) before the next planet. Once you complete it, it signifies the end of Chapter 1.

Basically, you have to complete the full chain of class missions for Chapter 1. If you ignore these, you can play all the way to Ilum without unlocking Legacy. The feature is tied to class story progression, not to planet or level.
