Serious Crafting Bug - Out Extremely Expensive Mats

Last night before I logged, I had one of my companions queued up to craft an Advanced Magenta Eviscerating Crystal. He was also queued up to craft one other item that I do not recall.

When I logged in this morning, I received two SEPARATE success crafting messages for a Advanced Resolve Hilt 22. This was not a critical success. There were two separate normal success messages.

There were no other crafting messages and I DID NOT receive the Advanced Magenta Eviscerating Crystal, though the materials for the crystal are gone.

These are extremely expensive materials. I contacted in game customer service and they refused my ticket saying they could not help me. Because of the extreme expense of these materials I find this completely unacceptable.

Please refund me the material for the Advanced Magenta Eviscerating Crystal or give me the crystal which I spent material for but never received.

It seems queuing stuff for crafting is risky at all times. If i have, say, a bunch of different items on the way and the queue is full, the order of the items can change after the first craft, and so can the amount of them. Let's assume I put three belts and two bracers on the queue. After the first succesful crafted belt I may have a belt and three bracers coming.

Are you sure that your inventory isnt full and your companion not send crafted item to you by mail?

I had my artifice char craft a Rakata relic I logged out and logged in the next morning to have the same situation, no relic and the mats were gone. I reported the bug in game and then had a Live CS Chat to explain what happened. My mats were returned to me by in game mail and then I received an update to my ticket saying that CS are only willing to restore 3 items within a 6 month period however this did not count as 1 of my 3 so they know there is an issue but they havent fixed yet.

I did suggest they need to look into this as I dont keep a list of what I craft daily but it seems no notice was taken. This is a serious issue and needs to be resolved as this is happening more than they care to admit.
