I've put an in game ticket for this, it's more of a minor inconvenience I suppose but it's really annoying. My account is flagged as both a CE account AND as having a Security Key. Yet the character I use cannot access either the CE store or the Security Key store. I got the CE in game mail and all the items and everything, I just can't access the store. My friend says he can, so it's kind of aggravating.

Hopefully someone has an answer/fix soon.
