Anyways, I was reading the SWTOR Revan book, and I believe that the Emperor is a male pureblood Sith. Any confirmation on this?

Wiz' Khalifa/Nevaro Kas'im from Flurry SWG.

I believe he was mostly human. It's possible he might have had some sith blood, but those who know him state that if anyone knew his true identity, they would not follow his rule.

No, Baras is not the voice. The Hand specifically says he's trying to be the false voice, using his political power, and the blindness of the Dark Council.
