Those pubs will taste his power cause they are too overconfident about winning the war soon. To quote Marr directly when accused of this by the player: "Let another claim the throne. Jandi Posted June 30, 2014 Share Posted June 30, 2014 (edited) I still believe that Malgus is coming back. They built him up way, way too much and we never actually saw him die. I mean... there's a BOOK about the guy! You can't have all that hype and build-up, just for him to be a flashpoint boss. Also, Marr is a soldier, not a leader of an Empire.
