I don't have my chat timestamps up or I could have just posted 1 or 2 screenshots. Since I don't usually have to defend myself when it comes to exploiting in pvp I took several screenshots so I could easily show that they are all connected and happened in succession and are not pulled out of context.

As you can see Mr. you think I hit /stuck behind a column, but you know this game has things called DOTS.....amazing that they can kill you even out of LoS.

 

I am not going to lie and say I have never hit /stuck ever in a warzone, but it is never and will never be to get a tactical advantage. I don't ever do it in novare or civil war to get over to the other side and defend. If three players are attacking me in the middle of the field in a match that is long lost and I am fed up and just want to go to mid and don't want to wait all the time it takes 3 noobs with no gear to kill me....yes as you all know it takes forever....I /stuck and go to mid or sit at the rez point. Piss off because I steal that one extra kill from one person....oh wow....what a difference that made for the whole match.

 

I will tell you one reason why you may think I hit /stuck and it is your lack of knowledge of the other classes. I have a skill called enure....and what people sometimes mistake as me dropping from like 35% health to 0 and dying is not me /stucking but my skill running out and a dot killing me instantly when it does as I only have 1 hp. So have fun steamrolling pugs all day it shows all the skill in the world. Again, congratulations on all of your success.

Lol. Sounds like he's pretty mad. But why.

It IS kind of a weird use for advantage (not that I'm accusing you of such), but why is he getting SO bent out of shape about it? Unless he was on the opposing team, then I guess it's a simple case of "he mad".

 

Also, I'm not quite seeing the point of this thread. Is it for lulz? Or for the public service announcement that DoTs tick despite being out of LoS, or that the ability Endure exists?

I think it's more of a "learn game mechanics and quit crying haxx because you don't get a killing blow on someone" kinda post.

One time I used /stuck in Civil War... because I got stuck.

Makes me feel better about myself knowing I never have to use features like /stuck to kill myself when all I have to do is get the attention of an enemy player.

It never even occurred to me to use stuck for anything that wasn't me being....well stuck. This does explain a few things I've seen in huttball matches though..

Some corner cap, some /stuck, some wiggle glitch. Some dont like it, Some just keep trucking and pvping.

 

We all have had a /say moment be it then or now. Frustrations of a single moment should not be need for public persecution. Less we all start ss'n every convo.

Clarification

I think its pretty hypocritical for a grimmy to complain about the /stuck exploit when countless times I've seen their players use the wall cap on novare. I'm in no way saying that flux uses this however. I've played in alot of matches with Flux to know that he plays fair and yes, if you know how a guardian plays whether your tank or dps you have an ability that will shoot your hp up for about 30% for around 12 secs. Once that runs out, 30% of your hp is taken away which can easily result in you dying or at very low hp depending on the circumstance. This is another l2p issue

 

I assume he lost which is why he felt the need to harass flux...people need to step back and realize this is just a game, you won't win every pvp match (especially if your on impside >< ) just get over it.

Pretty much this. Talk about hypocritical. Not even that Flux did what he accused him of. What I also find to be amusing is that Raygons thread with grimmies admitting to using the exploit in chat vanishes wonder how that happened?

I used to work security for an NHL team. I've been exposed to a lot of hockey players, and how they talk to each other.

 

I'm reminded of those days everytime I see a PvP post.
