Played the beta back in september and mostly PvPed, CC was absolutely broken because there was so much of it but resolve never worked. You could have a full resolve bar and get stunned continuously, while having no resolve and be immune to CC.

 

My question is if they've fixed it and how well it works, or if you still get cced- pop your breaker- then get cced for another 8 seconds?

Did you interpret it in reverse maybe?

lol no it just wasn't working at all during that part of the beta. I'm not saying that it was always like that, just that it worked as it was supposed to maybe 1 in 20 times
