3.how do you get armor like this?you can't make a lightsaber so how do you get an augment slot on one? you can only make a saber hilt.and same thing goes for armor i guess.

You get augment slots from critting on a craft, it'll say "so and so has crafted <blank> with great success!". Re-engineering an item you've crafted gives you an upgraded recipe, but has nothing to do with augment slots. It has a chance to upgrade a green>blue>purple. You can craft weapons at 50 I believe.

wait so at level 50 you can make lightsabers?and then you can crit then to get augment slots???what skill do you need to have to be able to make and crit them?

Artificing makes mods, shields and focuses, and lightsabers later on. I BELIEVE they can create purple lightsabers which can crit for an augment, but I'm not sure. It could be that all the lightsaber recipes are orange, which cannot get augment slots.

 

Just did a quick check, and it looks like the weapons are all oranges. No augments for the weapons, but I don't know if any weapons can have an augment slot.

Like I said, I don't think any weapons can have augment slots, since we know for a fact that oranges don't get them, and all crafted lightsabers look like oranges.
