Some modifications become available as drops or from commendations vendors at an earlier level than as craftable items. Grayseven Posted November 23, 2013 Share Posted November 23, 2013 There are a number of lower level mods and enhancements that are not available to crafters and I am unsure if you can learn the schematic through reverse engineering it. Your best bet is to peruse the GTN. I have found these odd mods in Artifact gear of lower levels and simply yanked the mod and used it. It would be nice to be able to RE these mods for crafting.
