chrisdl
I can't kill him with Kira or T7. I'm lvl. 19 JK sentinel. I think he's just bugged. Gonna submit a ticket to bioware, see if that does anything.
Coch
i'm level 44 now but do remember this fight and i did it with t7. I sent T7 in first to get agro and tank him, once t7 got around 50% I taunted the lieutenant and proceeded to kill him. You must have a special T7 mine went down so fast he never stood a chance even when I tried taunt, I beat Marco on the first try with Kira at

Logrei
I`m Level 18. Can`t beat this guy up. That drives me crazy. I tried it with an other user together. No way to kill him. :-( With 1 HD he killed us. Edited February 12, 2012 by Logrei
plaguesofwrath
I'm level 17 and I just beat him. I followed advice of "nunaguna" and had Kira jump in first then I attacked, when Kira got killed I used leg slash so I could back away enough to heal up a bit then when he caught back up I used everything I had and it just barely worked. Leg Slash was key though, if I hadn't used it I would have died for sure.
harriparf
im lv17 and have literally spent 3 hours going at every which angle to destroy him. I agree in that sending Kira in first for a few well aimed hits, and then jumping in and attacking from behind just about did it. But I still had to heal with a medpack near to the end
Hambunctious
The T7 nerf bites everyone. Since that encounter was balanced for the pre-nerf T7. Obviously, the little thing needs an upgrade, and not just parts you put on him, but SPECIAL MANUFACTURER PARTS.
blackjiggs
I have tried everything and still can't beat him this is getting ridiculous, I've lost all my credits trying to beat this guy. I'm out of ideas and credits.
YoshiRaphElan
Marcovic was a beast. With T7 I died perhaps 5 times before switching to Kira, after which I still died at least 5 more times before beating him by pure luck. When he came back with 1 HP I instantly killed him; I didn't have the invinvible Marcovic problem some seem to have. Compared to him, the Sith Inquisitor who held Kira prisoner was cake. Captain_Zone
He's a Melee Specialist. WAY overpowered for his level. Same as Vessex Ulgo on Imp side Alderaan. Seriously, BioWare didn't do a very good job of balancing NPC mobs, Elites especially, when you can tear through some Elites, have a good challenge with other Elites, and ONLY be able to beat some by sheer luck if not in a group. My list of Sheer Luck Elites: Vessex Ulgo (Imperial side, Alderaan)LT Marcovick (Republic side, Jedi)Avatar of Sel-Makor (Imperial side, Voss)Darth Angral (Republic side, Jedi)Sorcerer-type NPCs.Melee Specialist NPCs.Jump Jet Assault NPCs.Nemesis NPCs.Shadow NPCs. All badly balanced.

But, my current quarrel is with the Sith Harrowers (Guided by the Force). Really annoying. Two levels overpowered for that quest, had Balmorran Fortitude stim on, and still nothing. Gonna go for lvl 36 and hope for a miracle.
grania
I don't even remember this guy or this fight, I must have done something right the first time I tried it. But I could *not* beat that next guy, on the ship. Who's name I can't remember.. the one who's after Kira and has the KB of God. Just for giggles I had my husband bring his trooper to help me, same level, and stood back while he soloed him. The fight was trivial for a ranged class, but utterly, completely, thoroughly and wholly! not possible for my poor jk. I wonder how many levels I would've had to sit on that mission if I didn't have anyone to help me.

I remember who you're talking about, but not his name. Asir or Assir or something like that. Soresu Form and liberal use of Generate Focus or whatever it's called. Also, Guard Kira as well, and let her DPS for you. Yes, his KB is insane, and he has that Dark Force shot that can knock down quite a bit of your health. Just keep moving and Interrupt him whenever possible.

DarthMalt
First time I did this, I had to use Kira. When I did it with a second alt, I used T7 and this time I did all the heroics on Coruscant first. the gear and level helped immensely.

Slamuel
I too had problems trying to defeat him. Got him down to where he had 1 health point and it was impossible to beat him. Formed a group and still couldn't beat him. Restarted my story and when back in and then it worked. Pretty sure it was bugged the first time. once he gets down to one, you heal, then talk to him! you dont keep attacking!
paulbyorks
This guy kicked my butt 5 times til I called in Kira. Did it straight away. Then I switched back to T7 before speaking to him. The next guy was tough but I used force leap, force might, sabre ward rebuke and kept striking and slashing. He died pretty quickly. BTW I was lvl 17 so it is doable. YoshiRaphElan
JKs have the hardest bosses in the game (with the notable exceptions of Zash, Thanaton, and 2nd-time Baras). It's only reasonabe this guy's a beast.
DB_Larsson
I see all of you are at least a level 17 while fighting this monster. I'm level 16 and am having a frigging tough time beating him. Should I just reset the mission??
