So if you make a Green Quality Stim and RE it you have a chance to learn a Blue Quality Stim. If you make the new Blue Quality Stim you have a chance to learn the Purple Quality Stim. Fralen Posted December 14, 2011 Share Posted December 14, 2011 I had this in beta recently. If you mouse click on inventory at the top of the screen, I did not get the reverse engineer button. When I did the keyboard command "I" I believe it was the inventory would open with the reverse engineer buttor visible. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
