They are all bind on pickup. I could be in era and looted one that I equipped. Any help would be appreciated. Almost forgot, does Quzen Fess only use techblades? What about ranged weapons? I'll be glad when the kiosks are full of stuff for sell. Too early now, since it's only the 2nd day.
