Just putting up an idea for a variation of a possible cross-server queue implementation for discussion if there are tough issues with putting up people from different servers together into one team.

Instead of pooling together players from all servers to form 2 teams, what about pooling together players from one server into a team, then drawing the completed team into queue with a team from another server.

It might make queue pops slightly faster in some servers in their light hours and who knows, may give an added benefit of some server to server competition. (Eg. Announcement over the fleet: The Dalborra Frog Dogs have just beaten the Harbinger Rut Worms 6-5 in a closely fought match!)
