Can you run it? says my CPU does not meet the minimum requirements.

But afaik my CPU beats both the ones that are used as requirements.

I'm using a Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz.

So can anyone help me out? Will I be able to play? (not on high settings needed ofc, my PC is 2 years old and wasn't that expensive to start with)

Your CPU might struggle playing it, but it isn't as important as your video card. It is a dual-core CPU, so it won't refuse to run as it would on a single-core CPU.

Need to know your video card before making any kind of recommendation.

(decently to me means good FPS at any settings. The last thing I care for is graphics/shadows/whatever, I just don't want lag)
