And I could very well be the problem. I am told that I'm squishie for 55 hardmode fps.

health at 28k stim buffed

dmg reduction 29%

defense chance 24%

shield chance 32%

shield absorb 31%

My question is, where can I start working for gear if I can't be healed in 55 hardmodes? I'm doing the dailies on makeb everyday, including the weeklies

I also have Dark Ward 100% uptime but it still doesnt feel like it makes a difference.

If you have only 29% of damage reduction, then there's something wrong. You should be around 35 or so. I can imagine that when the gear is outdated or that in early levels, it can be lower, but 29% seems pretty far from the lvl-55 norm.

As I am not a PvE and gear specialist, I won't give a diagnostic, but there's definitely something wrong either with gear or spec, or both.

Buy or craft Sturdiness/Immunity enhancements and the Veracity implants/ear piece.

Dailies on Makeb and Section X for level 66 gear.

That should get you through all the 55 hm

Also use cc's and CD's on hard trash pulls. As a Assassin/Shadow the dogs trash pulls will always suck.

You're *really* short on Absorb and too heavy on Defense. Shift your stat priority around to fix that (you want to have roughly a 1-2-2 ratio of Def/Shield/Abs rating).

Even so, you shouldn't be having all that much trouble on the bosses themselves since they're not all *that* difficult. There are a number of bursty trash packs in every FP that, in order to not get walloped by, you'll need to run in with Deflection or Battle Readiness already up (the alpha strike on those packs is *disturbingly* intense). For the dog packs in Mandalorian Raiders and Cademimu, you'll want to start the fight with Resilience (their leap is a Force/Tech attack and hits pretty hard; going in with Resilience running lets you ignore that big hit).

Basically, you need to learn to burn your tank CDs for situations other than emergencies. In fact, you need to learn to burn them *before* it becomes an emergency, which requires learning the ins-and-outs of whatever content you're doing so you can predict what's going to happen.

I assume you're running with unlettered mods given your low health (and probably a bit undergeared too). While this is not a problem per se, it means that a pug (possibly inexperienced or straight bad) healer will have less reaction time, especially in case of a string of non mitigated hits. Not much you can do about that except following Kitru's advice AND always checking that the healer is 100% ready and focused.
