The real problem is that it's not a problem in the first place so looking for a solution to a problem that doesn't exist is a problem in-and-of itself... and that's a problem.
Is skipping FP bosses a problem that needs a solution? No, it's a game mechanic where you can fight if you want or avoid if you want. Just like you can loot a chest or mission objective before you fight if you want or wait until after you fight if you want.
