Yup, they keep on closing my tickets without reading them. They say they cannot refund cartel coins for items I purchased "In error". I applied the unlock on my main toon, so I didn't even get a single unlock out of it. At this point, I would be had if they just restored the damn item so that I could at least send it to a toon that needed it.
I'd keep opening tickets arguing that it's unacceptable for them to hold you responsible for their error.
It's what I plan to keep doing until my subscription runs out; which won't be getting renewed if they don't get their act together.
