What do you mean by dysfunctional and inherently flawed.. When the only option given at the moment is public matches with at best only half the team being organised off course it is going to be chaos it can't be anything else, the exact same thing happens in every single other game that has an eSports element, public matches suck always have always will. I think that when people are given a chance to form a full team and get some strats going the whole game and PvP as a whole should not be written off until such a time as it has had a chance to prove itself or fall over. As for the balance issues they are minor as I personally have not seen a single class since 1.2 be so OP it is worth crying about. I see a lot of players who know how to play there class own others who don't and in turn get owned by someone who knows there class just as well. What I do see is a lot people crying on forums because they want there class to be more powerful and easier to use and you have to given Bioware credit for not caving into these people.
