I'm not totally sure what do you mean by that "PVE part'. I believe we were among the first on the server to make a TfB NiM timerun on August, 28. We have some hardcore, semi-hardcore and casual players who are enjoyable to play with as well as enough of... let's call'em "non-enjoyable players to play with". So I can't argue about the reputaion my guild've earned. Anyway, I can assure you that officers and guild master don't approve toxic behavior, but it's impossible to stay vigilant where the behaviour of everyone is concerned. Yeah, sorry... It's my bad. Let's make LT useful for all specs, though I think this change won't make this skill much better for pve/pvp environment and suddenly become great offensive cooldown. But since LT is almost useless as it is now, we should trade lesser cooldown for ambush/TD secured crit.

Faddey's log http://www.torparse.com/a/318863/23/0/Damage+Dealt was made yesterday. As I understand, double SA bug was fixed long ago. Also, mercs have an ability, called Power Surge which makes 2 of their attacks activate instantly. My guess, it's it.
