  1. I agree. For me the big let down of 7.0 is the gearing system. I loved SWTOR let you get the best gear going solo or group or pvp, whatever you like. This idea of making group content more (and exclusive) rewarding is stupid.
  2. People might not agree but from my perspective SWTOR has the best gearing system at the moment. I'm coming from World of Warcraft and I love being able to do what i like while progressing my character. I did not find the grind too long to get to command rank 300. Now as i play i get command crates which let me upgrade my gear. It's maybe not optimal with RNG but still I find it invaluable that i can play the content i like and progress my character. In World of Warcraft the only way to upgrade your character is to play heroic raid (nightmare ops). In SWTOR i can play flashpoint, ops story mode, heroic, weekly etc... and get gear!! it's great. Another very good point is that all the content scales. Everything from launch to date is worth it. Great job guys!!! love it.
  3. Hello, Could you tell me as a subscriber the most effective way to farm Command XP and receive command crates? Thank you
  4. Ah got it. The character has the crew skills but the companion execute the missions. So we will re-acquire companions to send on crafting missions. No need to re-level. Thanks!
  5. So we will have to re-level all crew skills from scratch?
  6. I don't understand how crew skills will get transformed with KOFTE. - If companions all leave, do I loose all the crew skills? How do I craft then? - As I am leveling a new character, what will happen to my crew skills? Will I loose all my crafting experience? Thanks.
  7. If they could make looking for group working, a sort of LFR for story mode difficulty that would be great. If it is again about the 8 or 16 man content and traditional way of raiding I think the concept is pretty dead anyway.
  8. Me too I just resubbed after reading this thread and checking out the new expansion. It's really exciting to see promise of new content story coming at regular pace. I had fun already with Shadow of Revan. It give me the objective to keep leveling characters and getting ready for the new xpac. Fun, fun, fun! P.S: WoW is just garbage now.
  9. Which class / role do you think can the most influence the outcome of an unranked warzone (level 60)? Is it a healer sorc / sage? a tank PT/vanquard? a dps sin/shadow ? etc... and why?
  10. For me it's simple. I am a PVE guy and I haven't seen anything new and exciting since RoHC: - Galactic Starfighter is PvP - The new Tactical FPs are a good step but that's too little and Oricon is too tiny - Galactic Stronghold is household decoration. I don't even understand how this can interest people... I'd like new planet(s), new FPs, new stories, new female companions - that I can romance and who can tank or heal - new dailies and new weeklies with epic and awesome looking armor to grind!
  11. I have Armormech but I cannot find any way to train the low levels augment such as Shield Augment 2, Shield Augment 3, etc.. My trainer only offers the high end Augment 28 Thanks
  12. I agree with you. There might be some PVE space missions associated to the SSSP but most of it will be PvP. They are targeting the EVE online market segment.
  13. I don't have extra free time for testing. The new patch seems about pvp and I don't pvp.
  14. I somehow agree with you. This is the main downside of F2P as appearance, housing and cosmetics are the easiest monetization that can be done in a game. While I do agree it is important to offer personalization, gameplay (for all) should always come first.
