I think all the additions are great, though I do agree with mod removal cost should be dropped a bit more dramaticaly from what it already is presently.
My Gripe (one I have yet to see): Presently we are able to RE anything that have the same stats as what we craft (i.e. with synthweaving I can RE anything armor that has strength or willpower attached to it) but when 1.3 goes live only craftable items can be REed. there are a few reasons this is a problem to me
1. storage space - I am going to have to make the desision to either find the nearest vendor to offload what I have found more often or stop my grinding and travel to the nearest GTN.
2. I now have to sell all bound gear to a Vendor rather then getting the mats out of it and enjoying the use of said armor a second time
This may only be slightly annoying to some, it may even be something I can get used to. But it won't be comfortable at all.
