  1. Totally agree...outfit customization for companions is maybe even more important than for characters!
  2. Has there been any indication it'll be included in a future patch?
  3. Is this being considered? Especially given that the Yavin companion sets all look the same.
  4. I dunno...I have a 60 lightning sorc, and I have no problem crushing the content on Yavin 4. The nerfs were a bit of a drag, but being able to Force Storm down anything that moved made the class consist of 1 button. Admittedly, it was fun to levitate up and crush everything...but I actually find myself using those other buttons because I have to, not just because I happen to want to see a different cast animation this time. PS - Why solo with Talos out? Use a tank.
  5. Ashara should be turnable. She's already questioning and frustrated with most aspects of being Jedi. Making her Sith should have been easy.
  6. Great post. Very well thought out, great points.
  7. On the other hand, I saw plenty of poorly spelled and redundant flames like this on the WoW forums for years, and that game is doing just fine. I enjoy the game. I certainly see the points you're making about gameplay. But I am willing to give BW the benefit of the doubt and assume they know what needs to be fixed and are working on it.
  8. And yet, BW has included individual instances, class storyline Qs, voice acting, a class system that isn't hopelessly unbalanced despite nearly a decade of effort to fix it, interesting companions, an improved crafting system. And lightsabers. If you don't like the game, don't let the out door hit ya where the good lord split ya. SWTOR has many features that other games do not have.
  9. The car anaology again. Is, was, and remains a foolish comparison. First of all, cars != software. Second, many of those WoW 'features' are addition by subtraction in SWTOR. I don't care for what WoW has become over the years, and I am quite pleased with SWTOR.
  10. Which is extremely odd, given that the suggestion made here is so sensible. Just make raid-quality mods BoP and slot-specific. So you can yank the boot mods from a piece of raid gear, but then it only goes into boots. Is there some flaw to this system that I am missing? On the face of it, it appears a simple and elegant solution.
  11. - individual instances - class quest storylines - companions - Advanced classes for better class balance And only because you requested it - Legacy names
  12. ^ Joined Dec 2011. If you dislike the game, don't play it. And better yet, don't bother to post about it. None of your criticisms are substantial or have any chance of improving the game. SWTOR isn't your cup of tea. Fine. Go do something else. And please don't bother informing anyone else here what it is.
