  1. /agree As for loading and CD, pre-loading is what you have to plan for IMHO. For CD, yes I've love a lower CD.
  2. Guildie rolls Arsenal Merc, and I believe he's mostly Partisan with maybe 1-2 piece Conq., He was hitting me, (6 pc partisan, Weapon/OH Conq, EWH relics) for 7.2K, and max that match 9.1K. So.. it may be that either he was hitting people with stacked debuffs, or you weren't. RNG and imho still way hard compared to my nerfed PT only getting lucky 6K crits but mostly 5-5.5k.
  3. I beg to differ. It is on a diff GCD as your other abilities. With ~63 PVE gear, and mixed PVE and 4pc new pvp gear, I see crits in the 1.5-2K range per missile. It has its uses. Its all about where you see it fitting. Me, I use it for the following: PVP: - Solo guarding node. Ancient Hypergate forces stealther(s) to engage/kill me in order to 6-sec cap Pylon. Interrupt while stunned FTW. Shoulder cannon > stagger stun/cc abilities by 1+ cappers. - DPS addition against healers low on HP. I use it to help burst healers ~30% health. Electro+carb stun = and additional 2.5-4K dmg from shoulder cannon. - Solo 1v1: I've won more 1v1's using shoulder cannon, than when it has been on CD. PVE: - extra/free damage. Now I'm not saying its the greatest ability in the world and they could've added much more. But it is well worth being left on your quick bar. If you don't use it, QQ more.
  4. Interesting build. Since going Pyro for PVP, I've often missed rocket punch knockback and increased knockback from rocket boost. Would do wonders in Huttball. As for overall, I find myself in too many 1v1's. I'd feel like I'd be missing some needed burst from timing insta-shots to go with thermal detonator exploding. Good show tho.
  5. If its worse for you then your gear is just not modded right. The *only* change that may impact you could be the change to Advanced Targeting. Giving you 30% armor penetration with Unload and railshot, instead of 3% accuracy. Otherwise, I've seen increases across the board.
  6. ROFLMAO. Pre-1.2 there wasn't combat logging. How do you have any idea how much damage you were doing, let alone any of the others you were raiding with? *With* 1.3 I've experienced a 200dps increase. I now compete at the levels of *good* marauders and dps juggs that *know* how to optimize their rotations and gear. And this is HM EC mind you. Not a 4-man or ez mode NiM EV/KP. (Ops group is 3/4 HM EC with Kephiss due to be down VERY soon, and we have zero issues with DPS bottlenecks of encounters, ie no enrage timers etc...) If you lack in dps, you haven't optimized your play or stats. I had a guildie that did all the datacrons and easily added 100+ dps after finishing. So if you're telling me that you've done all datacrons in the game that benefit your dps, AND have optimized your gear to be at caps for crit and surge (30% / 75%), and subsequently added more power to your gear by swapping in BH gear mods, then all I can say is you're doing something wrong.
  7. No idea how you saw *lower* DPS. On Tuesday, I didn't even get a chance to do augs in my gear, and saw a 200+ DPS increase on HM EC boss fights. BTW 2x War Hero or BM power relics > any PVE relic.
  8. Agreed as well. Ran EC HM on Tuesday and wasn't completely augmented. I didn't have to use vent heat once during T&Z or Tanks. One time on mines. I did however use the heat ignoring ability(forget the name right now) every time I could. Also prioritizing rotation so rail shot was before heatseeking missile (4 pc set bonus = ~8 heat return).
  9. I believe that the only way to view it is by using a log parser. You can't do it in game with a chat window.
  10. You can easily compare by looking at the item on the vendor in Supplies section.
  11. I saw a nerf. 1 drop in 14 bags since Tuesday. I know its random but its frustrating as hell.
