as loads of others said before: it's not about the mistake itself, it's about their way of justifying it, promoting the game iwth high res, and then tellign us it was never intended to look like that in the first place, oh and medium was a bug, come on, everyone that is not a blind fanboy sees that this statement is pure bs and not taking you serious as a customer that gives me the impression that they think everyone of us is a stupid fanboy that won't notice the difference anyway, and even if they do, they'll pay, so even if we do virtually nothing for them, we win in the end I am not gonna support a crap company like that, and this is the point that makes bioware a p.o.s. lying to customers, advertising something that is not even intended to be in the game, not telling the customer any real reason instead of some pr crap, the pr guy going on a 4 day vacation when the sh*t hits the fan that's simply unacceptable behaviour for a company of that scale and it's time they felt it

http://www.swtor.com/media/screens/commando this is from their own media homepage corner, so if they are telling us the game never was meant to look like this outside of cutscenes, why the f*ck is he standing there outside a custcene looking like that, I never saw a cutscene like that with the commando firing I'd really like an explanation on that, and instead of Mr Reid taking a long weekend he should sit down with whoever is responsible, and get a real answer ready for us. What kind of a behaviour is that? "Ah the sh*t is hitting the fan, time to get off work for 4 days, maybe all the problems will solve themselves by then" customers with eye cancer is the only result you will ever get like that, and losing subscriptions, mine is gone, if I'd ever deliver one day of work as sh*tty as yours BioWare, EA, Mr. Reid and everone else that was involved in this sh*t storm drama, I'd be gone, standing on the street without a job, having been employed for the longest time. Maybe you should think really hard again where the money for your paychecks comes from. Pissing off your customers isn't smart if youaren't be able to figure that out yourself, and judging from your behavior it seems like you can't.

http://i426.photobucket.com/albums/pp341/MutsuKazuma/Screenshot_2012-01-13_09_31_52_576312.jpg that's what my game currently looks like with Nvidia forced AA and anisotropic filters 16x etc. the armor itself looks like crap, regardless of the texture setting, it simply lacks detail, I can post a pic with my sith warrior as well with those settings. looks less blurry and muddy than before

come on get serious that explanation is just plain ********,someone posted ff14 pics that look way better than swtor, they have the same issues to deal with when it comes to loading data for several characters and they sorted them out Tera online looks more smooth refined and just visually more impressive, is said to have server lags though so can't we find something in between those two, or better why the hell didn't you manage to find a solution better than "ah let's scrap this, let's just advertise with it" when those issue were obviously already present in beta I would like to like this game, but crap like this is just pissing me off, if other game companies can do this, you should be able to do it too and that answer was basically just a big polite dragged over a page NO, you don't get decent graphics, deal with ****** textures
