  2. I can tell you it was prolly in a skirmish for the ball at mid because people were dropping like flies everywhere but in Huttball If my team doesn't have the ball all im looking for is the ball carrier and I don't really pay attention to stats until after a match unless i know someone killed me with something crazy. If there wasnt many people around like if i had tracked down the ball carrier or pull someone away from the carrier like a 1v1 or something I would've noticed the hit, so I have no idea what kind of debuffs the person had in addition to what buffs I had. In any other wz I might have noticed the time and place of the hit but huttball Is the one wz where stats dont matter as much to me as getting the ball targeted etc. It happened on monday of this week and i can remember someone i had targeted someone at full hp who just melted but there was a bunch of people on both sides scrambling to get the ball. Thats when I got the medal but there was so much going on and i was trying to exit combat to go for the ball that I didnt notice what the hit. Wasnt until after the wz I checked the stat and there it was.
  3. Gods honest truth I have no idea how it was possible for me to hit another player for that dmg. I know my class and having been playing that toon a long time and I couldn't believe it, which is why I was asking if someone wasn't wearing armor or some shenanigans. I prolly had battle focus and a wz adrenal going on while I hit him but i honestly couldn't tell you when in that match i hit or who i hit. Maybe he was wearing pve gear, bad pve gear, I dunno. O.o As for my gear is wh + and few dps bh mods/enhance ihave 37% crit and 79% surge. But Im running a hybrid spec and I know this spec and I agree with what your saying, so I dunno what to tell ya. I know I have never hit for anything like that before on this toon and I only checked that stat because I got the Annhilator medal and I dont always get that. So I dunno what to tell ya. i think it's a glitch or maybe someone getting hit as soon as like a sticky goes off or something, but you gotta admit I had to post a screenshot of a 10k hit.
  4. Hey the original poster of this thread was in this game. Dude did someone take off their armor or something cuz I never hit for that much before... ever. 1. Astra 2. Inconceivable 3. Vanguard 4. Pit 5. Highest Hit 10740 6. http://inconceivable.enjin.com/profile/1187478/pics/detail/album_id/101203#pid=1272278 I never take screenshots, but now i think i should, i could take a run at the highest dmg recvd. But even my guildies said screen shot this when I told em in mumble. O.o
  5. If you are a Maurauder then anyone other then Quinn as a companion will make solo PvE a tough experiance and if you do not keep him geared to your level then it won't work either, at least not very well anyway. Companion gear depends but is either excess loot or rewards from missions. There's a ton of other avenues as well but t shouldn't be hard to find gear, just see if your loot is better then what your companion gear is before you sell it off for creds. Keep quinn up to date with stuff that uses cunning and if you gear him up along side you so that you are both running with up to date gear you shouldn't have as much trouble.
  6. If this is solo PvE you are talking about then I really can't see why you would go into one tree all the way. Guardians are perhaps the most group dependant class in the game. If you go all defense spec your DPS is worthless. If you go all damage you can't tank and mobs will eat your food. I specifically built my Guardian using a specific build I found on here tho I am having a hard time finding the thread now. It's basically an 18/23 build focused on PvE by yourself and it really works. Trees are also very decieving. Take a good look at what's in it and you will see alot of skills that either have little to do with your actual role (most tanking skills are available in the first 5 tiers of defense and the best imo is in the vigilence tree, go figure) or are so situational that unless you have it pre planned when your are going to use or are twitch enough to just pull it out of thin air then your wasting creds on skills you dont use. After I got saber throw my entire rotation changed, focus and threat jumped up huge and I was able to solo pretty much right through corellia (where I am now and just dinged 50) with doc. If yu insist on using kira understand she will pull aggro from you because if you gear her full her dps is incredible but you will have to regen after every 2-4 mobs depending on how your built. I really wish I could find that thread, it used oto be stickied called secrets to Guardian tanking or something. I wanted to give that OP mad props because his build basically allowed me to be able to solo without being dependant on anyone other then who my companion was. In a group things are giant face roll. Except for colocoid war games, I hate that fp. The only way to really solo using a guardian is to know what skills you will use all the time and make it a priority in making those skills a s strong as possible.
  7. LVL 21 for PvP? You don't have Stasis (your go to interupt) You dont have push (your only knockback) No saberthrow (only ranged attack) Unless you dump all your points into the base stance (shien or shi-cho i cant remember which one) and freezing force your basically there to soak up damage for other players. I run a hybrid 18/23 solo PvE build and as a guardian regardless of build your priority is to get the enemies attention and soak up there damage. You're the distraction, the diversion and played properly can be a fist sized thorn in anyones side. You will die but that sacrifice has lead me to many a pvp victory. In a group the Guardian can turn hard situations into a face roll simply because you can aggro as many as you can and let your groupies/guildies mow them down. I just dinged level 50 and once you have the bells and whistles (pretty much after 35) your gameplay changes entirely in both PvP and PvE (you will have a full and useful rotation to build around charge).
  8. No roll backs... NO ROLLBACKS!!! Sounds like a riot at Wal-Mart... edited: excessive nerdrage.
  9. Right clicking activates your skill bound to the "1" button on your keyboard. Holding it down activate the camera but clicking it on an enemy activates the "1" skill. I have force leap as my "1" button skill and as long as you meet the crteria, in leap's case range, then it will activate by right clicking. By default the reg strike is the "1" button skill. If you right click an enemy you will attack them with it. It's not an auto attack as you have to click it each time you want to activate if you choose not to press "1" on your keyboard. Try it, it works. I saw this tip on the loading screen.
  10. I like it! If it was anything more then what it was it would be it's own game, but I love having it as an diversion from questing.
  11. NP. Wish I could help more but I'm not the most tech savvy person to be giving out complicated pc help. I hope it works for you. Force be with you and happy holidays!
  12. Really? I can't shake a stick without hitting someone who is DPS on my server...
  13. Ya healers would prolly be the rarest but their is a good balnce of all 3 roles. Being a tank though I tend to always look for a healer LFG if my guildies can't help. I don't think you can have enough healers in this game, but that's just my opinion.
  14. right click is whatever skill you have binded to the "1" button on your keyboard. Depending on what that attack is you have to meet the correct criteria to use it (range, parry/deflect etc). If you have your basic strike as your "1" skill then I'm not sure what to tell you.
  15. Only thing I can suggest is turning down the graphics settings in game to see if it helps or makes a difference. I say thiis because there was an issue in beta where some gear would be messed up texture wise but there was a setting in the options (I can't remember what is it tho) that when clicked off fixed that issue. Other then that i have no clue. Hopefully it works out or someone can give you a more detailed solution.
