  1. Thought about it, and honestly I don't have any 55's other than my PT, which isn't fun to PvP with anymore. So I voted with my wallet until they fix it. See you guys around. Guess I'll go actually play a game for fun.
  2. Listened to the whole thing and I agree. I leveled my PT to 55 and started pvping, and I felt completely useless and unable to kill anything. I just want to be able to do single target damage like I used to. If I wanted to do aoe dots I'd have specced AP.
  3. It wouldn't surprise me if the OP got grouped with a bunch of people in tionese, or worse *shudder*...
  4. The number of people saying 55 hard modes are too hard is astounding to me. PUG's are not the problem. I've tanked the majority of HM 55's in the gear I was able to buy within two days of hitting level 55, in all PUG's, and I didn't have ANY tank gear before then. If it's too hard, read up on the mechanics and make sure everyone knows what to do. If that fails on the third or fourth wipe, quit and save yourself the repair costs. It's that simple (Although I've never had to resort to it because the groups were decent). If anything, hard mode flashpoints should eventually get a nightmare difficulty, because basic/classic gear from the new vendors is enough to faceroll ALL of them. And give us a real payout to match the harder difficulty so complaint threads about not getting enough loot for an EASY flashpoint could be ended.
  5. This. There is really no good way to screen players queuing as tank or heals. On a side note, I recently started being a real tank and am loving the all-day insta-queues!
  6. Well, seeing as I have yet to hit a server queue since they made them bigger, I have no problems with having more people around. It's an MMO, the more the merrier.
  7. Actually, it blacks over your screen and you just zoom through makeb REALLY fast. It didn't black out for me one time, so I watched the speeder slowly take off, and then go a million miles an hour to my destination. Somewhat entertaining actually.
  8. I'm definitely in support of this as part of their 'quality of life' improvements coming soon. I use my powertech to tank in PvE and dps in PvP. It would be nice to have a dual spec to switch over whenever I want. Especially if they could preserve the setup of my hotbars and user interface for each when I switch over. I don't want to have to move around all my abilities to change to dps, I just want to switch my gear.
  9. It's not so much a problem with game balancing as it is with animating for every possible weapon a character could use. Although it would be at least interesting to have a melee bounty hunter with vibroswords for the sake of just being a melee bounty hunter. (I don't see it happening)
  10. No way, this one had less clarification and was posted second.
  11. Afraid you'll throw your lightsaber into the tv?
  12. There's actually some new synthweaving orange sets in the 2.0 patch if you're interested. Go to this page and open up the synthweaving tab and scroll down until you see them. Not totally classic looking but they're still quite nice imo! http://dulfy.net/2013/02/24/swtor-patch-2-0-new-crafting-materials-and-schematics/
  13. I fully support the idea of animal mounts, but when 2.0 comes out I'd also like another speed tier! Like maybe a speeder that's actually capable of high speeds.
  14. /signed, especially for more large good looking speeders in the game!
