  1. The HM's I can understand, but the TC one was Storymode. I understand how it can be used for good, but it can also be used for bad, and I guess.... more than anything ... I was curious if it was worth it to wait it out and see ... I did, and it worked out ... but one cannot expect EVERY ML to go smoothly or fairly.
  2. Yeah, I pug a lot on my sever, esp. on the Imp side and even though I'm in it for a full run, I'm not at all surprised when someone leaves the group after the weekly. And it is really hard to get a replacement after the weekly at that point, unless someone is willing to come and already did the weekly. Unless Bioware changes it, it will probably remain that way ... IF they change it.
  3. Drama and immaturity come from all ages/sexes. I've seen immature teens and teens who are respectful and kind. On the flip side, I've seen adults in Retail Stores act like complete children and throw tantrums, while their kids are quiet and trying to calm their parents in a meaningful way. In the end, there is nothing that can be done about it other than /ignore or not playing attention to it. Sure, it is annoying and probably unnecessary but that is just the nature of the internet. :/
  4. Lol! ....That guy went rull retard ... I had to read the convo over a few times to grasp the sure fail of his words. Does he go around telling DPS Guardians or Shadows to tank? OR Telling DPS Scoundrels in WZs that they should be healing? ...Next time I play my Commado, I'm totally telling people I'm a tank ... That guy made me laugh! xD
  5. Yeah, I don't understand why they would do that either, but there are programs to change your IP address if you need to redeem it ... (I would suggest letting your friend do it if you trust him, but I am not sure if it is against TOS or not to allow someone to do that.)
  6. I would say that is a very very fail Assassin, The spinning saber move does more damage then overload. If he does that in ops constantly like he does in FP he is never gonna be able to be in a group. Plus, I don't know any rotation that NEEDS overload. I only use it for knocking stuff off a cliff.. "Does good damage ....." <---Makes me want to punch babies!
  7. And because the majority of people don't agree with you like you want, you start bashing everyone. GREAT argument! ... NOT!! The game will look like whatever the game will look like. You and your highly insecure girlfriend will have to deal with it or find another game that doesn't have it. (Go play DC Online ... and tell me the female toons with bewbs down to the floor are ok ... ) (On a minor note here ... If my Husband started yelling at me over pixels ... I would start HIGHLY questioning my marriage at that point because it is so childish and controlling that I probably wouldn't even be able to process it.)
  8. I see your point about the mats. I have also removed them from /ignore. I wasn't sure if it was acceptable or not (I didn't leave the group because everyone seemed ok with it so I didn't think there was any problem). Thank you for the reply
  9. I'm not sure how I should feel or how acceptable this is, so I would like the communities opinion on the subject. Over 4 toons, I ran a total of 5 OPS (4 Xeno (SM&HM) and 1 TC) ... 4 out of the 5 OPS Groups, the Raid Leader put the Loot on Master Looter ... Nothing was Ninja'ed (Although I was afraid of that, but I don't usually go into pug groups expecting more then comms/Helix ... I have horrible luck with RNG ) Is this acceptable? Should I have said something? If so, what? I did put the Ops Leaders on /ignore so I don't run with them again .... I found it annoying more then anything else really ... but no one else said anything about it so I figured I wouldn't if no one else had a problem with it ... Anyway ... What should one do in this situation?
  10. Not picking an adv. class will sometimes come across as a player being a 'noob'. If they start to call you out, you can tell them that you understand that you could pick an adv class but wanted to lvl to see what it was like to not pick one. (Something along the lines of Ironmaning it ... OR whatever the actual term is). I've read a post or two with people seeing others of high level without Adv. Class, but I am not sure if they just did quests or did gf too. If your not picking an adv. class, people will not know what your really trying to do and might come across as harsh as they have been. I would suggest sticking to leveling or trying to let them know what you are doing before they kick you.
  11. The Consular story line makes me want to punch something. Even as Darkside it is soooo boring and uneventful. The romance for the females makes me want to hurl (I'm not into mushy mushy romance, lol. Same reason I didn't romance Corso I guess....). Agent Story line is awesome, I'm going back through to make a sniper and playing it Darkside!
  12. ^^This. I don't know how any woman could be jealous of half naked pixels. My husband and I call an NPC quest giver on DK "Nice ***" every time we see him because ... he has a nice *** (Bridge NPC before the Estate). I'm not put off by him commenting on pretty pixels nor is he put off when I say, "So-and-so Is hot!". If the trust issue in your relationship is that low ... then you really need to have a in-depth conversation together. This is way beyond what EA/Bioware could fix ... Sorry dude .
  13. The flagged by a snowball thing is something I found out by accident too. Luckily for me, I was near the entrance of Xeno and didn't get attacked because the droid would have one shotted the player (Although, had I been a tank and not a dps Sin, I would have probably pulled them ... I'm so mean :'( ) I think the main reason that you get flagged for healing a flagged player in more long the lines of fairness then anything else. How would people feel if they were doing a 4v4 in the PVP Ilum and a non-flagged healer could heal the group without being able to get attacked? If they were to allow players to turn it off completely, then they would more than likely have to make it where non-flagged players could not heal a flagged player, as it would result in 1 person having a group of healers to freely follow them around.
  14. While the jumping down didn't seem that bad, activating the boss before everyone was ready was a really stupid idea. I don't know how they thought it was a good idea and if they were smart, they would have realized that people would need to heal up after jumping down. In the end, calling people names would have been a vote kick in my book no matter what happened.
  15. Maybe suggest that F2P can only post in the CS forums since they can't post a ticket in game? Or they could make a new forum for F2P players to post problems/items/whatnot that would not allow Credit Farmers or Spammers to fill up the rest of the forums?
