If you don't mind me asking, what are your stats for lightning sorc?

There are 2 sets that looks close to it, but the designs are a bit different. You'll need 4 recovered relics to acquire it. This set and this set Where to Obtain: Outbound Missions Vendor from Recovered Relics dropped in Assault on Tython and Korriban Incursion flashpoints. You can also buy the recovered relics from the gtn

Was hoping to get this right when the patch dropped, but I can't find it anywhere. Only see it in the collections tab. Did Bioware forget to add it to the market or something?

This has been going on for far too long and needs to be fixed. I will admit that it doesn't happen as much as it used to, but it should've been dealt with already. I'm not saying you guys need to make it your top priority, but please try to fix this issue asap.

You need legend rank for the vendor and the packs that the rep comes from are pretty expensive so..

It can also be found in grand chance cubes. The ones found in the cubes are tradeable. The ones that are bought from the vendor are BoP.
