I dunno. So far I think most if not all of those changes are reasonable enough to create a better overall flow. Hemo Blast no longer having an energy cost might make that spec more appealing. The No Holds Barred Crit nerf is understandable though, cause I imagine we'll actually get more crit on our gear.
I greatly appreciate the Turn the Tables buff, cause the damage on bleeding targets was underwhelming. 3% or whatever on what, 3k hits would be 90 damage extra. Wow. That's a ton. So instead we get energy, something we can sometimes have a nasty problem with.
Overall, less bursty, easy to maintain. You whine about percentages, when you need to realize how things scale. An example would be--pure musing here. Say your Sucker Punch taps someone for 2.3k. Instead you'd be doing 2.1k give or take. My math's not exactly accurate but..
TL;DR, it's not the end of the world guys. Stop crying like babies, the ones who are expecting rerolls. I am gladly sticking with my scoundrel, cause those heal changes are delicious.
