So, who thinks we'll see him eventually take up the mantle for himself? I personally think he's the right man for the job, as it stands people can still oppose him on the dark council but with ultimate dictatorship he could probably get things done and iron out a bit of unity amongst the sith/imperials. So I’ve been on the Progenitor for a good few months now, and been involved in a good few guilds across both factions but have yet to find something to be passionate about and dedicate my roleplaying hours to. I’ve, in all my years of Star Wars fandom, enjoyed the Mandalorian culture and I am surprised to see little representation of said faction in roleplay on this server and would certainly like to rectify this! The concept I have in mind is a decimated and weathered Mandalorian clan (Clan Zellion) who answered the call of Mandalore the lesser and met their destruction in conflict with Republic forces. The few remaining members of this clan will have pledged their allegiance to the new Mandalore and seek to recover, restore and rebuild their clan and personal culture. These few rag-tag survivors of the clan will seek out work in the galaxy as to gather the credits required to fund their restoration project, how they make these credits will be the primary IC goal, second only to healing their broken culture. That is the basic IC concept and it would be fantastic to have a small group of like minded, creative individuals who are knowledgeable of Star Wars (specifically Mandalorian) lore. I have lead roleplaying guilds successfully on a couple of other games and particularly enjoy forging deeply character driven guild storylines, in which the guild story and personal member stories are constantly progressed and added to. I doubt it would be any trouble at all given that you can express a want through dialogue to slaughter not only your enemies but innocents who get in the way too among a whole host of other things. It should be remembered that the dialogue is a character choice, not a reflection of personal acceptance and discriminations in this context. That would solve a whole heap of trouble.

I wonder, where is the original source is for the idea that he left Bioware to write a screenplay? Every interview I've read since he left has suggested he left to focus on writing a fantasy novel, Children of Fire, which is roughly about a struggle between templars and mages (very Dragon Age). I don't really understand what you are asking in your post but it is worth remembering that the first 3 Star Wars films are 'the future' of what we now play, therefore they are not completely comparable. To further this point, Luke Skywalker goes on after the first 3 films and reforms the jedi order to allow relationships and love so what you are talking about is a far flung future, after reform. At this point in time however attaching yourself to someone romantically is not allowed by the jedi.

I’ve just put down the book ‘Annihilation’ and whilst I’m not going to comment on the quality and content of the book, it has left me with a few questions regarding the future of the Empire/Republic war. So as far as I can see, the Sith Empire has been ripping itself apart in basically every novel I’ve read, I’m not complaining about this, it’s the Sith, its ****** and I love it, but I am left wondering how BW intend to fill the loregap from here to the Brotherhood of Darkness with the decline of the empire rapidly accelerating. The Republic seems to have just about every upper hand at the moment, so where do you guys see the lore going from here? Personally, I’d like to see somebody emerge from the chaotic inner fighting of the Sith and grab it by the reigns and take charge, putting them back on the map and leveling the scales a little, as I don’t foresee the Emperor making a comeback anytime soon. So yeah, thoughts people? Where is this heading in your opinions? :csw_vader:
