You have to spec high in the healing talent tree to be a "real" healer. So try again around level40

I had read it was something you could pickup after level10. I assumed at an NPC. So legacy is really automatic at level30? If thats how it is would I have to wait til then to make 2nd character to benefit from it?

Marauder gets a lot of powerful abilities. I dont see them having trouble if played decently. But yes they will need talent points and higher level abilities more than most.

Come late January and republic is going to outnumber empire everywhere.
