Yes, it will be able to max out this game and new games in the future for a few years. Though I would go with a 980 over dual 970's.

This should really be an unlock option. Side quests just aren't fun to some people, I love the main story lines but doing the side quests for every alt gets really boring and just turns into a mindless grind.
