  1. The Way of the Sith Empire ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Beware of the Dark 'The Shadows Await' ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Event Information "The Way of the Sith" Out-of-character information The Way of the Sith is a RP event meant for everyone who wants to attend and whoever you want to bring with you. The event may include PvP duels and much, much more. During the event the players will be able to play in a deep story and I will try to act as mediator in order to keep it as smooth as possible and free of problems (disagreements, etc). Currently the event has two sides: Loyal forces of the Sith Empire: - This side is full, please if you really want to attend to the event being loyal to the Empire, contact Erethrorn / Kryv'szela'varr first. We look for a "fair" battle, if there's any. Traitors to the Sith Empire: - We're currently looking for mercs / bounty hunters / independent agents for hire or traitors to the Empire so they can help the traitors' side. Please, as stated above, the Imperial side is full because there're too many allies, contact me if you need more information. If you follow the rules listed below, you'll find yourself enjoying an ongoing plot and you'll be able to participate in a unique storyline. Good hunting! In-character information You may have heard about what happened on Voss lately. The Crimson Moon order attacked a treacherous organization called Empire's Wrath and branded their members as traitors to the Sith Empire and the Emperor. It seems a Sith Lord named Erethrorn infiltrated in the organization and sent data to the Crimson Moon in order to stop the traitors. Now, Empire Wrath's agents are reporting unexpected moves from the Sith Empire military. It seems an unknown Sith Lord, who keeps his name hidden, wasted no time after Erethrorn's move and he's preparing a last strike against Empire Wrath's forces using all the help he can get from the allies of the Sith Empire. In the meantime, Empire's Wrath is hiring anyone who can help to protect their interests and trying to get allies. A tip for the Duels - Be fair. Try spamming your basic attack against lower levels or same level opponents and use one ability from time to time. Event Summary Date: Thursday, January 24th [24/01/2013] Time: From 23:00h to 00:00h CET (Central European Time) [22:00h to 23:00h GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)] Starting Place: [CLASSIFIED]:Contact Erethrorn or Kryv'szela'varr (yeah, that's an in-game name) for the information. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rules and Additional information " The Way of the Sith: Empire " is open to everyone, bring your friends if you want. In case you don't find Erethrorn or Kyv'szela'varr in-game, feel free to contact me via enjin PM. The event may include PvP duels, you MUST follow the rules. Everyone is free to leave or join the event whenever he/she wants. But I suggest you to provide RP reasons if you have to leave and you're role-playing. Please, follow the rules listed below: There will be two ways of communication. OOC: Out Of Character and IC: In Character. The /Guild chat, the /General chat and the /Group-/Ops chat being OOC. The /Say chat and emotes being IC ONLY. It is strictly forbidden to insult/harass and in short, to be disrespectful with the other attendees "out of character". It is strictly forbidden to do metagame or poweremoting. Otherwise, you'll be notified once, no more. *NOTE* Actions will be taken if you are metagaming / poweremoting / godmodding / griefing, the /ignore command exists for a reason. Have fun! *NOTE* If you're not having fun you'll be sent to Tatooine, and we'll feed the Sarlacc, it'll like your taste for sure... And you'll suffer... A lot... And eventually you'll die. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Enjin site: swtor-rp.com/profile/1106968 Thread in swtor-rp: swtor-rp.com/progenitor/m/3305111/viewthread/5628723-way-sith-empire-looking-for-traitors-to-or-mercs See you around, Lord Erethrorn
  2. All I've read now is: State of the Game #2 *cough* ... *cough* Just give us what you promised... *sigh*
  3. I remember, I followed the summit with great enthusiasm, and we haven't seen what they promised... I'm still waiting, but yeah, getting tired of promises, we need facts, actions. If they tell me "we'll add that the next year" then I'll return the next year, but right now... I'm getting really tired.
  4. That's why they should add a simple /rp on-off option to the game (Lotro has it). Also, I simply look for people talking in /say, performing rp emotes and walking instead of running. Join the rp channel of your server and ask using General chat if you want some rp sessions.
  5. If they give us a Legacy ability allowing us to summon other chars from our legacy (maybe as non combatant companions) or something like that, I'm in for 50+ chars. You have to admit you'd love to command your own squad of troopers, hahaha.
  6. Yeah, and even if they don't implement a system so we can play it (pvp) with gambling, they could implement a rewards system so you earn exp or creds if you win. It'd be really nice. Also, I agree with most of the suggestions listed in the Op's post.
  7. Loving SWTOR, but still you said (in january) you were working to implement changes in how Security Keys work (so we can remove it or update to a physical/mobile one) and we still need to call you in order to do that. It's been 10 months since you said that. The same goes for hundreds of bugs that are still annoying the most of us. Lightsabers that won't shut down, the new issues to preview gear for companions (or customizations), all the things you said you were working on, yet we haven't seen any word on them. What's happening with the Chat Bubbles guys? Link to thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=415849#post415849 What about all those things we've been asking for? Like some kind of housing mechanics? Mini-games aside from the actual ones (yeah, Space Missions are just that, a tiny mini-game for an inmense MMO universe). Is it so difccitult to implement things players can enjoy? Swoop races, 1v1 Arenas, Maybe Pazaak all without gambling but with a rewards system. It's not that hard! I don't know what's on the table when you talked months ago about a "Super secret Space Project for SWTOR" but I hope it's not something like Flashpoints or Operations using our ships. I really hope you're working on free-flight space combat and so. Now, the most important thing right now is that we want you to fix the current bugs we're experiencing, those issues that are preventing us to enjoy this great game. And then we hope you address some of those things I mentioned, things you claimed to be able to address "SOON" ten months ago. We've been asking for a lot of things since BETA. (Paraphrasing Costello) Open world PvP, more End Game Content, more Species. (not just a human with face paint you are calling Cathar), more options in Character creation, full 3D space (not calling it Super Secret Space Project), guild Captial Ships (to have a damn place where the guild members can go and say "home"), Mini Games... Hope you BioWare are not just listening to us but moving towards the interest of the players that are playing your game and working on the things we're suggesting. Moving towards our interest is moving towards yours. We'll keep asking for things this game needs. Regards, Erethrian EDIT: Also, you should take a look at THIS thread [swtor complaints/suggestions gathered since Beta]. All threads I linked are in the Suggestion Box so, please, we want you to listen and TAKE ACTION. If you listen but don't do anything our feedback will be worthless.
  8. I'd recommend you to take a look at Hands of Darkness, I'm thinking about applying to the guild myself, and it's exactly what you're looking for. But first of all, HoD is on the EU servers, [The Progenitor], I don't know if you're looking for a US server. Anyway, good hunting! Edit: handsofdarkness.com
  9. I went through Taris twice with imperial classes and I know I wouldn't like a third time by now. But, playing as a jedi consular at this time I must say I'm starting to think it's quite well done (not talking about the paths obviously, but about the story and quests lines), but I can just say this because Taris in the republic side is somewhat different than the imperial one. If they'd have done Taris the same for both factions I'd be hating it atm.
  10. That's right, their policies are not like "give us money over time" but "give us money now and you receive more". Also, as I said, I could see something around 1000CC/month for a "lifetimer", but maybe they'd give 625-650 CC/month instead of 700-1000 if we're being realistic.
  11. Thanks, I'm having problems to find someone with enough amount of creds in The Progenitor (but I receive a lot of whispers like "What about 200K? Please, please, please. I've spent Xmil in other items of the Cartel Market but I really want that crystal", etc. :S
  12. Hmmm, give me a way to shoot Proton torpedoes just when I want to do it (even if can't be done against small ships, etc) so I can take control of the situation. Maybe Right clic= Missile / Ctrl+Right Click= Proton Torpedo, that'd do for me.
  13. Yeah, I think we must be realistic. They won't give us 60000 CC. And they won't give us access to those stores someone mentioned before. But I can see something around 1000 CC per month and it makes no sense to me that you need to be a subscriber to access a Lifetime subscription. If I were BioWare I'd put up a Lifetime Sub (expensive as of 275€) for December 22, just for a limitate time (like a christmas offer). Then I'd wait and see how it goes.
