I accepted a ninjaed invite to a guild by accidemt, how do I leave ?

Equipping crew. I have new armour and customzation items for my companian, but can't equip them , how do I do that.

I've given my first crewman two mission skills and so am unable to give then a crafting skill. How do I unlearn one of the skills and gice them a crafting skill?
