You know I had agreed with this. Until you get the mission I. The early Jedi force-users level to go spy on two lovebird padawans. The quest line and it's options if you turn them in reallly seem to push the "nope you can't have this at all" idea. Which I thought would make for interesting RP if no Jedi can have relationships/family - lol

*sigh* I realize majority of game designers are male. But surely SOME of them realize that it really sucks to neglect female players (or female playing) this way. Now, not only do many of the classes have more females to romance than males (majority of classes have only one option for female chars.) there are also waayyy more male 1time-stand opportunities than for females. Grrrr just really irks me for a game with so much emphasis on companions and story choices - that if u don't play a male character u just get neglected. Tsk tsk!

Is this your first gaming rodeo?? Cuz I cant thinkn of a single gaming dev (or any head of companies, CEOs, execs, etc.) that does not engage in what I have termed (not my original term..) Dev Doublespeak. If a gaming dev opens his mouth, he is going to engage in double speak. (or any ceo, politician, exec., etc, LOL) Once you learn to accept that, your life (gaming and otherwise) will go much easier. Having said that, there are far bigger issues that are covered up with doublespeak than the fact that early access may or may not be a stress test. The bigger question is - why is this such a big deal? If he said "ok its a stress test" would that make it all OK?? LOL If you are going to QQ at least QQ about things that arent actual features of the game you thought you were getting..you know..like other DEV Doubletalk...LOL

And during SW:TOR Beta weekends..I was suffering from SKYRIM withdrawal. ...and then I took an arrow to the knee..

Eh, I always thought the idea of the RP -super-server waas more for games that do NOT allow PVE servers to be designated RP (ala LOTR). Games that already include the RP tag on servers ..well...*shrugs* Me - Im a heavy roleplayer in a light RP/welcome guild and the SW:TOR Gods assigned us to Benegen Colony!! (West Coast). So anyone on Benegen - HELLO!! Be happy to help RP flourish on our home server and feel free to look myself up (Karmic is my main) and our guild - Dark Horizon! (sith side) I look forward to RPing with all those who find BC their home and hope we can continue the RP on far into the future!! Good luck all!!
