Would be swell if they just made all terminal quests that do not require any item turn ins to just pop a "pending" rewards window like so many other quests do.

As a Mercenary I'd honestly like to see another Jawa. Single spec like HK but heals. I'd also be very happy to see a force user companion.

Same reason we have grade 6 nodes on Oricon and CZ-198. Copy/Paste coding gone wrong...

Alderaan has never worked right. Makes me laugh when people are leaving the planet and comment how the empire was right to blow it up as they bid farewell and are off to the next planet.

Bad enough a Dev actually thought placing grade 6 gathering nodes on Makeb was a good idea but it seems you may have copy/pasted their code into Oricon which now also has CZ-198 busted too. Not the worst thing to happen by far but please fix it. Makeb too please. There are already SEVERAL planets you can get grade 6 crud on...

Was a little puzzled myself since the PvP and PvE SAa have been stacking for PvE content for quite some time now.

This with the Vials leaving the basic vendors makes me think they do a LOT of copy/paste coding.

No need to wonder since this patching "process" happens every time this game has one. What has changed is how many have been affected by it.
