  1. I was alone on the balloon, walking around to make sure I wasn't marked AFK and my SWTOR client froze up. About 2 minutes later, I'm standing on the sand with low health and the balloon still flying above me. When I went back to the first sandcrawler and was typing up my bug report, the balloon instantly respawned (not flying back) and immediately began moving away from the crawler. By the time I noticed that it had spawned it was too far to jump to get to it. Now I'm stuck waiting for the balloon to make it's circuit again so I can get back on.....grrr.
  2. EVE Online has a very robust market system. There are user-set buy prices and sell prices for every possible item. The UI in SWTOR is a far cry from being able to handle a GTN set up like this, but it truly makes it possible for someone to play the market, if they choose. If you're not familiar with EVE, you can also relate it to the stock market. If you want to buy something, you have the choice of either filling a Sell order (buying at the seller's listed price) or creating a Buy order and wait for a seller to fill your order at the price you set.
  3. I just checked my Amazon.com account and it has not been shipped yet. Still has an estimated delivery date of Dec 20th.
  4. I was in the Thanksgiving weekend beta test and already had the client downloaded from that. Since they have allowed all of the EGA folks to download the game ahead of launch, maybe they relaxed the rules about delivering the hard copies.
  5. I'm pretty sure they can get into a lot of trouble with EA/Bioware for sending hard copies of the game prior to the launch date. I pre-ordered through Amazon.com and got guaranteed launch day delivery, but their site said they were not allowed to deliver it any sooner than the official launch date of Dec 20th.
