  1. 1. Basilik War Droid (from the comics, NOT KotOR 2) 2. Nexu 3. Hoverboard (like from Back to the Future) 4. More Jetpacks 5. Terentatek (a version with a throne on top would be very appreciated)
  2. I hope not because I metagamed that part. Ever since we took down the Emperor and met her Emperor's Children friend Kira's been very distant. She ignored me all through Makeb and the Dread War. I had begun to feel very neglected. Then came Lana... Seriously though, I'm hoping they turn that mistake (no further companion stories in the expansions) and use it to their advantage. As a player I stopped caring about my companions as, well, companions (oh no, that enemy's about to kill Kira! Better take aggro!) and started treating them as tools (well, Doc's not geared up to heal me enough for this fight, but Kira's wearing my hand-me-downs so she'll soak aggro until she dies, then I can finish them off with ease). For the last 2 years the companions haven't been characters. Hell, since then Satele's been more of a character then my companions have! So I'm hoping they use that strife for some drama. My JK's KotFE party will not only have to work through differences in ideology and goals but also personal issues over old wrongs (real and imagined), all while hunted by the power in the galaxy, almost constantly on the verge of tearing into each other and destroying themselves and all hope of defeating the Eternal Empire. That would be epic.
  3. May 4th is when they're starting the x12 XP boost for subscribers. No real event announced though.
  4. Any codes left? I hate how these events never come to the Midwest.
  5. You mean like that? OT: Moving RBG sliders for a primary/secondary dye: $20 Writing 2 stories, VA, creating a brand new world, new armor, new weapons, new enemies: $10 Watching BioWare's profits dip due to fan outrage: priceless. There are some things money can't buy. For everything else there's CartelCard. (sorry, couldn't resist) Seriously, it's optional. I don't like it, so I'm not buying it. If you and everyone else who disagrees with the price does the same, BioWare will notice those items aren't selling (yet there is a demand for them) and will have to reassess. This is one of the few times voting with your wallet won't result in the "NO!"s being glossed over and ignored, so do it.
  6. Really? Please explain how my lvl 17 getting pulled into fights with lvl 55 thugs due to AoE helps me. All it does is help me lose what little money the character has and ticks me off by wasting my time. I'm GLAD this change is being made. This is actually a valid point. Maybe the change only refers to the Henchman Bounty? It would suck if Kingpin was affected too.
  7. I'm a fan of class-specific stuff, thus I'd prefer it if they continued the stories of the current companions. However, there are a few characters I'd like to see a companions - but limited to a couple of classes. HK and Treek work well as global companions because they were designed around that, but for existing characters global status wouldn't work because it would undermine some part of their established characterization. JK and JC: Bengel Morr SW and SI: Watcher One (a high-placed Sith could get him back into Sith Intelligence and thus would be a loyal minion and a good source of information) Trooper: Jonas Balkar IA: Watcher Two Smuggler and BH: Republic: Doc Avesta Imperial: Thana Vesh
  8. Please Bioware, talk about this soon before the speculation gets overblown and the reality seems underwhelming in comparison. As for the SSSP itself, it definitely is free-flight. Pay attention to the gameplay segments and you'll notice that the camera is fixed to keep the ship in the middle of the screen (currently the camera is fixed along the rails with the ship moving around). The narrator makes it sound like Space PVP or Space Flashpoints. Personally I'm hoping for both, along with customizable ships - skins, laser color crystals, more equipment to min/max the ship's systems (really, the more they crib from SWG-JtL the better). Now my biggest question - beyond what kind of content it really is - is can we use our current ships?
  9. I have never even seen T'rubba yet and I've been doing 6-7 bounties a day. I got Sogan and Ensh on the first day and killed them, but I can't capture them because they haven't popped up again. I keep getting Novane and Kar'wa with Novar and the droid making one appearance a day.
  10. You can change the stats on all armor pieces bought on the CM - open your equipment tab (default "c") and Control+right click on it. So no need for an appearance tab. EDIT: Aaawwww, ninja'd.
  11. This. The one thing that I absolutely hate about the companion customizations is that they are all so drastic. Example: I don't like Risha's hairstyle and find a customization that has one I do like; why do I have to change her race as well just for to get that hairstyle? This would fix that issue. Granted, it would probably require a TON of work infrastructure-wise, but it would be worth it.
  12. /support Right now my Sith Inquisitor is wearing ragged bandages and I'm kinda ok with it, but I would LOVE a blindfold more befitting her Darth status. A simple white bandage wrap like that in the race icon image would be awesome as well. Oh, and please keep it to blindfolds, the head covers are alright, but they kinda defeat the purpose of the CC by overriding half the options.
  13. Here are the things I would like to see *New paintjobs *Companion Placement: (for a military ship, my Trooper's crew is woefully unprepared for an ambush with no one in the cockpit.) This would include prechosen locations and basic animations (what the comps do now + a few others like sitting) with new locations and animations being available on the CM. And while we're at it, move the droid to an out-of-the-way corner of the ship and give him a cleaning animation; save us the time of having to do it ourselves. *Furniture Optimization: Runs into "Clickable Panels" below. Clickable things like dejarrik tables, weapon racks, and prisoner cells that run animations like the table setting itself for a game, picking up a weapon and checking it (the blaster preview animation is what I imagine), and turning the cell's energy walls on and off. *Lighting Change: Pretty self-explanatory, just changes the color of the ship's interior lighting. This includes dimmer versions as well as "brighter" versions (by this I mean Klingon-like ship lighting where the whole room is washed in the color). *Clickable panels: Kinda like the Bengel Morr messages on the JK ship (which I never noticed until Voss). Pretty much just some panels we can click that run animations or short cutscenes (like the beginning of the Makeb storyline) so it seems that we can do stuff on the ship. Could have a lot of fun with this: A clickable panel that makes the lights flicker for a few seconds before the resident mechanic yells at us would be pretty funny. *Clickable panels (Class-based mission): This is for if they released this as it's own separate Game Update or part of a space-based expansion, but maybe having a panel that is a mix of the space mission panel, the crew skills mission list, and the Bounty Week Event. Basically, a panel that gives us a list of weekly missions that are class-specific (smuggling runs for the smuggler, black ops for the trooper, espionage for the IA, bounties for the BH, etc. etc.). However, unlike the space mission panel the list is like the crew skills mission list - it's randomized so that we aren't given the exact same list every week. *Clickable Bed: I never use this room because it has no purpose. Maybe make the bed clickable with a romantic scene of PC + LI (like them cuddling or something)? It would also give the illusion that the romance doesn't stop as soon as you run through the comp's convos. *Change ship blaster's colors: This one should be a no-brainer.
  14. I've never understood why they needed to be in Collections in the first place. I mean, they all come in the mail when you get them (or start in the mail for new alts) and they're BoP, so it's not like a character will be missing them. And none of the promo stuff can be used for companions... Adding them just seems like a way to mess with OCD people to me.
  15. I'm all for this. Normally, by mid-game I've solidified my character's fighting style around one early companion -example would be my sentinel (mDPS) using Kira (mDPS) as a companion exclusively and having everyone else twirl their thumbs on the ship. Because of that I don't take later companions out, thus I don't get affection for them, thus I don't learn their stories. The idea proposed here would allow me to take any companion out without having to revamp my skill rotation, etc. every time. Of course, I think there should be limits on the roles; I mean, can you see Torian as a healer or Doc as a tank? I can't. Course, this wouldn't even be hard to make, they'd either have to create a new equipment slot or remove a companion relic slot, create a new skillset for each kit based on what companion it's attached to (maybe they can divide it up? Have a "Tech Medic Kit" and a "Force Medic Kit"?) and have animations for all of those - but those can be copied wholesale from other characters, so a Healer Jaesa could use skills and animations that a Sorc healer uses while a DPS Mako would borrow those from Kaliyo's default skills.
