  1. The things cost 250k credits at the vendor and it's just your standard +41 point color crystal, even if we could use them at level 10 it wouldn't provide those of us who have been around since the start any advantage over someone who has started since then. Just lets us show off our "age" so to speak. Your negativity makes me feel like someone is jealous he can't have one. Thanks for stroking my ego. As an added EDIT: Entitlement would be demanding they lower the cost because I paid x months in subscription fees.
  2. You should definitely have access to the black yellow crystal then... I'm not sure why you don't. Might want to look up the requirements to be 100% sure and contact support if you should have it and you don't. I didn't get the super big expensive version, just pre-ordered the regular (or maybe the regular + 1 or something).
  3. I'm really not joking, it irritates me greatly every time I level a new character but going into a rage wouldn't help my cause. If I remember right it was actually a pre-order bonus or something, all of my characters get mailed one that grants +4 endurance on creation. There's a vendor that I can buy the +41 point ones from but I believe they require level 49. Either way the only way you get one is if you pre-ordered the game when it first came out (I think) and I think a change like this would be a nice little way of saying "Hey thanks for sticking around, here's another benefit."
  4. As a long time player of the game, I was reminded today about how much it irritates me that I can't use a black yellow color crystal at level 10. There are tons of 41 point color crystals available for way cheaper on the GTN, but I want to be able to use black-yellow as my ego mandates that I show off the fact that I've been around since beta. Please, devs of SWTOR, unlock 41 point black yellow crystals for level 10!
  5. Speaking of PvP being dead, should we mention the Rep guild that seems to be comprised entirely of hackers? I literally stop playing when they start doing 50 WZ's (e.g. right now) because every time you think you've got one they clip or speed hack and get away. It's freaking ridiculous. I've reported them twice, I know other people who have reported them several times more than that. Still see them in WZ's every night. ***? I would drop a name but apparently the last person who did got banned from the forums.
  6. Sorry we missed you guys. We're queuing again on Thursday - wanna start at 8 PM EST (We got a lot of people that can't stay up real late). Anyone else think they can make it?
  7. Talked to some of the leadership in Exo, we'll be trying to form a ranked team up next Tuesday. Want to be in queues by 8 PM. Hopefully we'll see some of y'all there.
  8. Add-on to the above post: We actually managed to start locking things down but the damage was already done by that time. Set up a line of 50's to stop anybody that interferes and has to respawn. Trolls will be trolls, you're going to have somebody try to ruin this. Couple fights might get screwed up but at least if you can keep them from getting back in the tournament can continue (hopefully) uninterrupted.
  9. 4v4's and 1v1's. Good times y'all.
  10. Beer? I'll do my best to make sure Exo is there.
  11. Lack of geared players, really. We've got a few guilds running in-house ranked on an almost daily basis now, so hopefully as we get more players that are semi-geared and capable of standing up against the full WH guilds on the Republic side we'll be able to start partaking in regular ranked. Sure, you get more in comms for a loss in ranked than you do for a victory in regular but it's pretty hard to keep a group of 8 players together when they're losing constantly. For PUGs - It also seems a lot of imps have a severe lack of morale, and the in-fighting gets kind of ridiculous sometimes. Lot of disrespectful players on our side of the field, which damages unity. On the plus side with F2P there's a lot of new players on both sides of the field, so Imps actually win on occasion now. Might help alleviate the gear problem. These are just my personal observations, others may feel differently. We have someone in our guild trying to organize at least one ranked team to run. I'll post on here if things work out and he gets together a solid schedule for when they'll be doing their thing. I think I saw a couple others post on here. I imagine over the next couple months you'll start to see a bit more of an Imperial presence in the ranked warzones.
