Mmmm-to apoint CS has at least one thread with some of the issues- The problem is deeper then that CS can only walk people through the mine field that is 1.4-not much they can do if the the client/server relation itself is fundimentally flawed that goes back to the guys wrting, implementing and designing this stuff-those are the people you should be anoyed with (Just a note I don't work for EA) That being said if they are understaffed and over worked it'd behoove EA and or Bioware to hire more pairs of eyes.

your right I do given that any MMO is a massive drain on someones wallet and some companies feel lucky to break even- between tech support running a in house bread ISP level network-the hardware for it writers- oh yeah gms, and CS tend to like to get pain-as does the rest of the staff-especialy if they need to hire VOs like what BW has done they need rehersals a studio etc etc- all of wich needs to priorityised, on someones dime. While I might be a bit critical of CS wanting them to do do better- working weekends costs bucks- Do you seriusly want them to with the problems there having just keeping the lights on want them to delve into weather or not Qyzon fess would hook up with John Doe the hero when they have basics around telling a good story to sort out first?

All do respect given the basic issues of how some players can't even play the game (literally) consistantly with 1.4 on acount of code versioning issues lets try to get EA to solve those problems first- your agenda is noted certain rainbow folks want to push it (blarg)--- NO not untill after issues such as: well my computer didn't change oh now new patch and now the game has fundimental problems like graphics becoming corupted or the ghost player on ship or--etc etc-get those resolved first.

fair-I supose if this is to be the mother of all patches kind of ideas short of getting you hired I guess we can support the ideas--and point out that not many people asked for 1.4 the designers, developers coders etc etc are out of touch with there customers- it delivered...a ops (wich people did ask for) it also delivered and detracting from it's traction: most of the crap bugs that were resolved in every patch minor or major leeding up to 1.4 as well introducing problems unique to it. I still salute you sir/mam/it for stating these ideas and sincerly hope they get implimented.The visual side of TOR is a week link (not the damn shadows) other MMOs have a certain kind of weight and color that pops.
