  1. Heh, no problemo. I plan to eventually try the same thing on a level 31 purple chest armor I'd like to equip on my level 11 Agent, but I'm not planning to play that character for a long while yet. Focusing on getting 4 other characters to 50 first...
  2. They eventually (July 2009) added a Cosmetic Surgeon in the Superscience Super Booster. It allowed you to change every aspect of your character, up to and including gender at any Icon/Facemaker (tailor) location. Those changes were costume specific, thus you could have a character that's was female in one costume, male in another, giant in a third, and so forth. They also added this to the Paragon Market after the game went F2P as a stand-alone purchase in addition to remaining in the Booster. As far as the costume goes, that's the way all MMORPGs should work, in my opinion. You should be able to look exactly like you want to at all times, not be a slave to the RNG. But that's just my opinion.
  3. Neato, I'd love to know the result. If it works, then I'll fully retract my suggestion.
  4. As far as I know, all equipment has a base level, which is the level it spawns at. Even if you remove all the Mods, the equipment can never be lower than its base level. So for instance, the Honored Master's Vestments (since I already used it as an example) would most likely have a base level of 43, since that's the level it spawns at. I'd love it if someone who is already using a high level Cartel Market item would strip it of its Mods and confirm or deny this, but I doubt the odds of that happening.
  5. Can someone answer me why anything on the Market that we are purchasing with real money should not be equipable at level 1? For instance, if I buy an Honored Master's Vestments with my hard earned money, then I should be able to equip it whenever and wherever I want. I should not be forced to wait until level 43 to use it. My suggestion: if you're serious about selling items on the Market, then remove all minimum level requirement from Cartel Market equipment/gear. Remove the pre-equipped Mods if you have to.
  6. Not my ideas, actually. Those items I listed were directly from BioWare as either "post release" items from Beta feedback or "coming soon" from developer interviews as far back as January. So far, we haven't seen any go live/enter testing or even received any updates about any of them. Agreed.
  7. So, when will we finally see: Same gender romances? Cathar PCs? Server transfers? Legacy renames? Additional story content? Just curious.
