  1. "Novalized force corruption" stems from how humans generally become drunk with power over time. This concept is in A LOT of stories.
  2. I enjoy it when fanboys have their entire world crumble before them. Do it for the lulz Lucas! The tears will be full of anguish you'll make Sidious look like a chump.
  3. Star Wars is. However, I find the politics, story, universe and characters richer in Mass Effect over Star Wars. Once we see what the Reapers are capable of in ME3 we will have a better idea of how ridiculously powerful they are and can somewhat gauge them against others.
  4. Its the size of a moon so I wouldn't go that far. Since they are a galactic civilization I was thinking of them as main bases sort of like aircraft carriers are used today to operate campaigns from. I personally would of made my planet destroyer weapon smaller and more stealthy so it can get in blow crap up and get out without being detected instead of an object the size of a moon.
  5. Superman hands down. He is one of those BS characters especially if you read more into him and how he kind of turns into a god. Hell, in the movies he manages to move the moon and go around the Earth so fast he turned back time! Superman is known to hold back considerably even when fighting enemies that could destroy him. There are many white stars(like our sun) out there so yeah his strength would vary depending on which system hes in but still then he retains that power for a considerable amount of time even when being away.
  6. lol... I thought Lucas Arts has the IP for Star Wars? Doesn't George own that company? So doesn't that mean he does indeed own Star Stars? People have a weird thought process.
  7. I've seen real cops unload 15 rounds at a person 2 feet in front of them along with the other guys shooting all his rounds missing the guy. So yes. I am going to tell you Greedo is that bad of a shot for 1 it is realistic for even a train individual to miss 3 feet in front of him(especially if hes holding the weapon with 1 hand) and that according to the god of Star Wars(Lucas) said he fired first and obviously missed.
  8. The problem is that the stories were written before the movies in books. So Boba Fett's fate was already set in stone.
  9. Not if you jerk the trigger. If you knew anything about guns you know this is very easy to do even at point blank range and after seeing how well the imperial military shoots its highly plausible some random merc is equally as terrible at handling a firearm.
  10. Yes. The overall story is far more better than 4th through 6th. Palpatine is definitely the most entertaining character in the series. Its so funny how everything he did went according to his plan. He single handedly took over the Galaxy and defeated the greatest threat to him, the Jedi order. People are so easy to sway though and since the seeds of how they "prequels suck" are set people will continue to perceive to suck. Yeah, the depth of the characters might be hard to understand thus appear to be dull and boring but there is A LOT going on I feel the movies didn't really give the story justice. The real difference is the prequels focused on the overall impact and a much larger cast of characters over how 4 through 6 focused on a small group of characters. However, I'm a sucker for special effects so while I also do agree the story is better I also enjoy epic lightsaber battles and cool explosions instantly making the prequels better despite how ****** the characters might be! At least the kick *** in style!
  11. I'm going to side with Lucas for 2 reasons. 1. Its his story and he can write it the way he wants to. 2. I'm being a hipster therefore I hate all the fanboys that want it their way!
  12. If this is one of those 40+ missions(I dont remember all their names and I easily farm them all) you'll want the L5 upgrades and that 1 special piece that allows you to divert powers to your lasers at the cost of your shields recharging. With those you should be able to blast anything to oblivion and liberally use your missiles. The hardest mission has to be the last minefield mission. That one can get really tedious and requires some decent timing of using the special that allows you to avoid all incoming damage for 10 seconds so you don't get blown up.
  13. From the videos and screens shots I've seen Tera is visually better looking and has high res textures available. Am I reading this right? You have 32gb of ram? Man I would so totally like to lay out 50k+ TNT in minecraft and see how well your computer handles it.
  14. Which game runs smoother? Tera or SWTOR? What are the system requirements for the game in the first place? Edit: I looked them up. Tera The recommended system requirements: • OS: Windows XP, VISTA or 7 (Latest Service Pack) • CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ or Intel Core2 Duo E6750 2.66G • RAM: 2 GB or greater • GPU: AMD Radeon HD 3870 or Geforce 8800GT • HDD: 30 GB of hard drive space • DirectX: DirectX 9.0c • Optical Drive: DVD-ROM Drive • Internet Connection SWTOR OS: Windows 7 64bit SP1 CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Processor 2.4GHz or better AMD Phenom 2 X4 Quad-core 2.5GHz or better RAM: 4GB RAM or higher Video: ATI/AMD Radeon HD 4850 or better NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 or better 512MB minimum video RAM Shader 3.0 or better fully compatible graphics card Latest drivers for your video card DVD-ROM Drive: 8x speed or faster Disk Space Required: 30 GB Tera needs a better processor and SWTOR requires a better gfx card.
  15. The only real consular skimpy outfit is the slavegirl set from Nar Shaddaa. Yeah that is nice but its a bit too skimpy for a fighter. Hell there are barely any pants options for the consular. I say this cause my Kira looks like a fricken nun at the moment. I can't even turn off that horrific hat shes got on. Once I get a circlet I won't take it off her until I find an orange one for her to wear. Just about every consular helmet looks stupid.
