This happened to me too!

This happened to me, too. I redeemed my pre-order code and downloaded the game client, but both are grayed out and not checked off as having been completed on my account. Noticed the fine print at the top of the page says these are "not required for early game access" but it makes me nervous not seeing them checked off. Tried redeeming my code again, but it said the code had been used (yeah, by me).
