  1. Combat inflation with the same techniques that are used in the real world. One solution which would work thematically in game and remove a ton of credits from the game would be War bonds. Items you can trade for credits which are valued more over time, or just increase your rep with "Faction Fleet" or whatever. Add interesting ways to spend credits on things in exchange for grinding or stuff. People who dont partake in ToS breaking trading or high end sales raiding have an enormously hard time making credits, relying almost entirely on selling mats or craftables that have prices directly tied to inflation. These are the people who would be hurt most by the proposed changes. You need to add scaling credit sinks for tangible rewards, not flat costs on every day activities. They wont affect the people with billions and they'll only hurt the people with nothing.
  2. Bumperoo! we are currently looking for a dps and tank for our HM progression group, send in an app to randomforce.enjin.com if interested!
  3. Hey there! Random Force is an old guild formed early in the 2.0 cycle for the purpose of NiM progression raiding. We managed to stay current in every cycle and completed every HM/NiM boss before the end of the 3.0 cycle. Shortly thereafter, many of decided to quit as the prospect of prog raiding in 4.0 looked dull, and moved on to WoW or other MMOs. Several of us are back and want to get back into raiding! We are looking for players of all skill levels to help us continue HM/NiM progression in newer content, and to help less experienced players acquire the skills they need to play at that level. If you have any interest in PvE raiding and are either returning like us, new to endgame, never set foot in an op, or have completed all HM/NiM like us, then we might get along! Search "random" in /who and whisper any member for more information, or Flíght if I'm on. Alternatively, you can send in an application to randomforce.enjin.com Thanks for the interest!
  4. Yes, because nerfing the new ops has certainly stopped the game from being killed. Look at all the guilds coming back to raid.
  5. Agreed. Hopefully the harassment seen by the marauder/sentinel playerbase hasn't scared them off again. I would really like to have some transparency about plans for operations. I understand that you guys at Bioware want to keep Fallen Empire close to the chest for now, but at least give us some info on new ops. Have you decided to do a new op or NiM ravagers/ToS? If not, are the boys in charge leaning in any particular direction? When can we see a decision made about this? When are you expected to start working on either of these options? Since 204 MH's now drop from an HM boss, what would NiM Revan drop? Would NiM ToS/Ravagers drop a higher tier or just 204? Will the new ops drop 204 gear? Will the new ops drop an assembled MH? I love that you guys are trying to be more transparent, its what we've been asking for for a long time. Please don't be silent about this, we've already lost a major guild (one you personally awarded), and more are expected to follow if we remain kept in the dark about Ops. You dont have to answer all our questions, just say something.
  6. Absolutely. If dots need re application I use those, if I have a TD proc I use that, if WB is up I use that, if nothing is up I either do a half cull (a decent amount of damage and will be up again when purples are over) followed by TD, or a snap shot LS. There is a lot a sniper can do between purples and you have plenty of time as well. Just remember to constantly strafe as you are looking at them to update your facing.
  7. Alrighty, got a new guide for Underlurker Hard mode up, hardly a guide though. No voice over, but I'm sure you guys had enough of my voice anyway =P Thanks again for the suppressive fire tip, worked wonders!

  9. No one should be taking any damage from the rock phase, if they are its because they arent hiding behind the rock properly. People taking damage from the cross mechanic means people are not standing in the right places. Pay attention to where everyone is and see if someone is out of place.
  10. One screenshot showed the loot but it was just some resurrected stuff. I'm seeing a bunch of posts on them but cant find a screenshot.
  11. Can anyone confirm if they drop now?
