So, I noticed the nerf that DPS BH got about a week or two ago when I stopped hurting force wielders as bad as I once did. With all the patches that have been going on, they slipped it in on us before 1.2. Now, after 1.2, I get anhilated by prety much anything with a light saber. I use to make them run and now I run from them. I just got done with the Alderan WZ and myself and another BH were fighting one jedi (sorry i don't know the rebel classes yet) and basickly we both got wrecked by him and neither one of us did any damage to him. I mean we may have got hime down 10 percent so he still had 90 percent health during a fight that lasted about a minute or two. Both of us were using our stuns on him and even with that we weren't able to take him out. Both of us are in centurian armor with some battlemaster mixed in. So were in heavy armor and were getting lit up in basickly 3 hits. He's in light armor and we can't even scratch him.
With all the interupts and CC's that all the other classes have, and now the dps nerf on merch bh'r. We've more or less been reduced to a support class. Now, the funny part is, that's not even the worse of it. I've seen 5 bh'rs try and kill one jedi who was getting heals by one healer and we couldn't dps through the heals. I thought heals were getting a nerf in this patch. Doesn't appear to be that way to me. Looks to me that the warrior classes reb/imp are basickly invinsible now. It was already bad before for my class trying to fight them but now after 1.2 I prety much bend over and say Awwwwwwweeeeeeee!
I think its only fair that if you have three classes that can go invisible, even when they are taking damage, and sprint on top of that and they get 3 or 4 cc's that they can use in sequential repetition (meaning, i get hit by one cc, then another one after I break it with my cc break by the same player and I'm stunned yet again by that same player, without any kind of time seperation) And we don't get to do any of that, that we should be able to do more dps then them. That only makes sense.
I've played many mmo's, wow, aoc, swg, and now this one. I think this game is prety good. But clearly you can't have one or two classes that totatly devistate all other classes. What happens then is everybody plays the same class, known as flavor of the month. This is more or less what I've seen happen in the last 50 or so pvp matches ive been in. Personaly, I've left many mmo's for nerfing my class. I know I'm not alone in this. My advise to the development department would be to revert back to what was prior to all these nerfs in pvp only. Just keep the game how it was intended and first developed. The addition of this new armor is really a slap in the face to veteran players. People pvp because its fun, not to get pvp gear. If you destroy the pvp community then you really destroy a huge aspect of this game. And, making it so when I log into a wz and I see everybody in non battlemaster gear, and the entire other team is from the same guild and all in battlemaster gear and their all jedi prety much lets me know how the game is going to go and now without recieving any comms or very few of them for losing doesn't really give me any incentave to play with that team.....Lastly, it's ok to complain, without complaining the devs won't know what is wrong. Alot of time goes into making a character and gearing them out and to make all of that effort basickly vannish with a patch/update really is the #1 way to alienate a community. I just saw this happen yet again in Age of Conan, and the pvp community there basickly walked away from the game. I would not like to see that happen here. That is why I'm voicing my thoughts on the matter.
Keep it real'
