It's in the game for a reason, get over it and try not to take everything so personally.

I love the idea of arenas, and I've been playing them a lot on the pts with a bunch of different comps.... but there is definitely a cookie cutter aspect to the gametype as it stands right now (you NEED an operative healer to be competitive, stuff like that). Arena takes a lot of effort from the developers to balance things out (as Blizzard has mentioned in the past from their experience with arenas in WoW). We already know that Bioware isn't even going touch class balance until 2.5 or 2.6 so what are your thoughts on this? Is Bioware prepared to handle the upkeep needed for arenas? Or will they do as they have been for the past year or so and turn a blind eye? I think this is extremely important considering people will be quitting the game if their class is not at all viable in the role they want to play, and with an already declining population, Bioware can't afford to abuse their pvp community anymore.

That sounds like something on your end, but I could be wrong. Like I said my connection seems to be normal when I have these spikes / increases in server lag. From the sound of things there are two different issues: increase in latency and straight up disconnects. I haven't really experienced the latter but hopefully Bioware can figure them both out before arenas (crossing my fingers).

I tried to put a ticket in about it asking if there was any way I could resolve it but I was pretty much told kindly to f*** off by the automated response system. I just hope they can fix it before arenas come.

Has anyone else noticed a slight increase in latency on the server lately? I usually run at around 40ms but for the past 2 weeks or so I've been running at around 120 as if I was playing on a west coast server. I speed tested my net and it's running at normal speed (40ms), and I went back to my origin server (JC) and I was running at the normal 40 ms. Let me know if you are having similar issues

I know many people have suggested this before (at least in the guilds that I have been in), and it has probably been said on these forums before, but what do you guys think about making the health bars above players (enemies AND friendlies alike if you want) clickable, which would target that person? I have delt with tab targetting or as a last resort clicking the player, but I find that half the time tab isn't working as intended. As for clicking the player's body, well, we all know how that can go. Of course Bioware has more important things to address in PvP atm, but it's just something I'd like to see eventually implemented into the game.
