Did you uninstall Bitraider from your add/remove programs after restarting the machine. It will give the error that SWTOR still wants it if you just delete the folder and change settings without a restart of the computer. I did that on my second machine just recently because I was waiting forever while it was "reorganizing" before it would even let me in to play and the game didn't even have a new patch since the time before that. And I have gigibit fiber with no limit to bandwidth so I could download again with no issue.

If you were gone for at least 90 days and entered the code, being subbed on February 27 should have gotten the 30 days. If not submit a ticket.

That post shows the code was only needed for the 30 days if qualified. Not needed for the mount and uniform. But entering the code was better safe than sorry since it did seem to be a bit of confusion on that.

I think it's fine duplicates count because some people had them on different servers before the last server merge. To count the duplicates means what people did before the merge isn't hurting them.

I don't remember getting that as a reward for completing that. Of course I only did that on one character than didn't bother with the rest. So maybe I need to look again but goes to show how unimportant that one is because the character I did it on has the most comps unlocked for me so far.

Now if you see someone using the mount, that person got it from the nVidia giveaway a little while back. So many complained they didn't win it then so Bioware basically is giving it away now to all who were subbed by Feb 27.

Not March 2 yet. That's when the announcement said it would come. You had to a subscriber by Feb 27. It's coming.

Once they buy a 5 dollar item they become Preferred. So I would say F2P never did contribute much to the game since they never did 5 dollars at least.

I don't expect the token because I already got the maxed out number before. I was just wanting the game I bought and paid for as well as this bundle. The 60 days is what I wanted most for 17.99 with my Origin Access discount before the 27th.

Too bad for you trying to say it was our end. EA rep actually took responsibility for it and said it was on their end. I got mine now this morning. Good try though. Others stepped forward on here and Facebook saying they had issues. You have been here only speaking saying it could not be on their end.

Others in this thread all say they either witnessed it or had it happen. You are the only one white knighting in this thread. Even the email we get from EA says it can take up to 48 hours but you act like it isn't happening.

I checked the card and they got their money. The email they sent even said they got the money. Said that before. And with others having issues, it's not just me or my end.

Exactly what I got except for the amount because with Origin Access membership it's 17.99.
