This is starting to become ridiculous, how the game crash kills your ranked warzone team. It's pretty simple to add a system to keep you in ranked warzones while it's active and allow you to re queue back into your spot. Losing ratings because the game is buggy is pretty ridiculous. Alternatively you can fix your CTD problems and the dreaded /stuck problem.

All the healers have their strength's and weaknesses, learn to exploit them. Operative healers don't have the nice tools like sage healers have to be an offensive healer: pull Bubble (with or without blind), pulls, knockback ... etc. Also for those laughing about merc healers, the current best team on our server runs a merc healer and do so because they understand the classes strength and weaknesses.

pro-tip: When guarding a node, don't stand beside it, stand about 20m away

The CC in this game prevents it from being an AOE fest or a DPS vs HPS race. Learn to love it.

Aion also benefitted back peddling by giving bonuses to block and parry. I backpeddled in warhammer to keep 3 people in front of me so my 'confusing movements' gave me melee invulnerability for 7s. The same thing in rift. I backpeddle in swtor to position myself at the cusp of the 30m mark, to bait others, and to position myself for a perfect leap. I love how people instantly say backpeddling is bad, when they are in fact the bad players for not recognizing it's useful in some cases. Oh the irony

As someone who has not pve'd in months, you must be doing something incredibly wrong. 1) You just got 350k for free with the new patch, per character 2) You're not forced to augment your gear (though you should to be competitive). Make friends who are crafters, or craft them yourself. A little forward thinking would have allowed you to make so much money this patch because of the sudden need for augments and augment kits. Augments and augment kits are really easy to make. 3) This is another example of the 'give-me' culture. If you pvp 3 times a day, you gain about 30k, without having to spend all the little things pvers spend money on (respecs, repairs, travel). Also nothing stops you from doing dailies between pops instead of being a wall ornament in the fleet. 4) If you decide not to craft, then wait a bit before buying augments and kits, they are highly inflated right now.
