  1. On an off note I don't see how someone can keep the collar on, I mean I know the stereotypical sith is generally evil, and generally chooses evil decisions, but really? Your companion that is choosing to work with you and help better your quest, your life, and everything, you'd leave the collar on? I'm a good guy in every aspect when it comes to RPG choices so I can't really judge, but what drives people to always choose the bad choice and not "feel bad" about the repercussions or on how people in the game think? Is it just because people don't care because it's a video game? I mean, I get involved in the game, let it surround me, and pick the choices that I would reflect in real life... but I guess part of a video game is being somebody else, but, I don't know... but everyone in my groups almost always picks the evil choices. I'm a diehard republic fan, so I don't even know why I have an alternate level 40 sith marauder, I guess because I wanted to experience the whole game, and it's a great experience, being a light side Sith with around 8000 light, and 100 dark (Thasa on Taris)... i don't even know why I wrote this. Poop.
  2. This is the stupidest post I've read. I have a 40 on Empire, and a 30 on Republic, why would you believe that everyone should re-roll Empire? First of all, that would ruin the PvP aspect of the game (not making any comments on how I think of the PvP already). Secondly, everyone is entitled to their own opinion on the story lines and the characters, and some people actually like to play as a good guy, and believe the Republic is the way to go. I don't see why uptight Empire has way more players besides the fact that the gear is better and there's more people to find. I don't have any complaints finding groups on the republic, it's not like it's THAT BAD. And as far as general chat goes, it seems as if the trolls and the scums decide to hit up the Empire side more than the Republic. But the bottom line is, let people play what they want to play, don't TELL them, or FORCE them to re-roll, that's stupid! What if I told you to pick a different Mario Kart character because yours is gay. ****.
  3. Alright, I think I've got a reason to play for the empire as well as for the republic. Thanks everyone for the input, it definitely helped
  4. I never put a customization on her, and I took the collar off. She has the original costume and she doesn't have it on.
  5. So all throughout my RPG career I always, for the most part, tend to lean to the good side, or the good guys. So naturally, when i started swtor, I became a Jedi Knight. I got to level 22 and I was sad that I didn't start on a PVP server. So I decided to work on another character until they implemented a server change so i could move to PVP. I decided to start a character on the republic side and I became a Sith Warrior. Now, my Sith Warrior is a level 12 and I have Light Side I. Even as a Sith I just CAN'T be bad. But really, my question is... Is there any good in the Empire? Do they have good morals, do they fight for a good cause? Can someone convince me that the Empire is right? Because as I play as this Sith Warrior and am forced to fight the Republic, it hurts me. Because I like the good guys. Thanks.
  6. Yeah I was looking into it, and people are talking about server transfers, and I'm probably just going to keep playing and do the server transfer when I get the chance. And wow, the first 20 levels took me way more time Anyway, thanks guys
  7. Alright, this is the first MMO I've ever played, besides "City of Villains" a couple of years ago, so I thought I would start on a PVE server and switch to a PVP server later on. Now that I'm a level 21 and recently got interested in PVE, I found out I couldn't switch. My question is, is PVP that great of a thing? Is it worth rerolling my character, because I really don't want to go through the first 20 levels of my Jedi Knight's story again. I could make another character and blah blah, but I'm just wondering, Are PVP servers that fun?
